The jackpot keeps teasing. With no ticket matching all six numbers in the latest Mega Millions drawing, the prize pool is growing once again, reaching an estimated $323 million for Tuesday night.
A ticket sold in Florida came closest, matching five numbers but missing the Mega Ball. That ticket is worth $3 million, according to the Mega Millions Consortium.
The winning numbers drawn Friday were 11, 34, 36, 43, and 63, with the Mega Ball 13. The jackpot was estimated at $303 million going into the drawing, which marked the 17th time since a ticket last hit all six numbers.
The odds of matching all five numbers plus the Mega Ball are 1 in 290,472,336, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 23.
Mega Millions is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
