A woman was killed Saturday in a three-vehicle crash on the Long Beach (710) Freeway in Paramount.
California Highway Patrol officers were called at 2:55 a.m. Saturday to the Rosencrans Avenue off-ramp and the northbound 710, where they found the vehicles — including a white Ford Explorer and a white sedan — involved in the crash, a CHP spokesman told City News Service.
The victim was identified as 25-year-old Miiyada Taylor, according to the Medical Examiner’s office. She died at the scene. Her city of residence was not available.
Debris from the crash was scattered over multiple lanes of the freeway, the CHP stated.
A Sigalert issued at 4:11 a.m. closing two lanes of the freeway at the Rosecrans Avenue off-ramp was canceled at 5:41 a.m.
