SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Drivers in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood were asked to avoid the 700 block of Elizabeth Street after a fire broke out at a residence Sunday afternoon.
San Francisco firefighters responded to the house fire at about 2:15 p.m. and extinguished flames that had spread to the home’s third story and attic.
No injuries were reported. The cause was believed to be electrical.
Drivers were asked to avoid Elizabeth Street between Douglass and Diamond streets while crews remained on scene Sunday afternoon.
