BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Three people were arrested after a stabbing at the Hard Rock Casino left one person hurt early Sunday morning.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office said on February 1, 2026, at around 1:41 a.m., deputies assigned to the Tejon Substation were called to the Hard Rock Casino Tejon on Garone Farm Road in response to a report of multiple people fighting.
KCSO said as deputies responded to the scene, additional information was received indicating there was a victim of a stabbing.
When deputies arrived, they found a victim of a stabbing and learned the alleged suspects had since left the scene.
The victim suffered moderate injury and was treated at a hospital.
Deputies immediately began their investigation.
KCSO said in the following hours, deputies executed two search warrants in Shafter at homes in the 300 block of Walnut Street and the 200 block of West Tulare Avenue.
40-year-old Miguel Valladolid, 37-year-old Juan Cueto, and 36-year-old Christina Cueto were arrested without incident.
Valladolid was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy.
Juan Cueto was arrested for conspiracy.
Christina Cueto was arrested for conspiracy.
