The shooting occurred around 8:13 p.m. on Thanksgiving night near George Avenue and Tupman Street.
Officers arrived to find an Uber driver sitting in his vehicle.
Investigators learned the driver had picked up Session and a woman for a ride when the two began arguing.
Police say Session slapped the driver, who then ordered the pair to get out of his vehicle.
As the driver pulled away, officers say, Session pulled out a handgun and shot at the driver, grazing his head. The victim’s vehicle was hit at least three times.
The driver was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and later released.
