BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A 22-year-old Shafter man was arrested after allegedly being found inside a 13-year-old’s bedroom closet in Corcoran Sunday night.

The Corcoran Police Department said on February 1, at around 10:21 p.m., officers were dispatched for an unwanted man.

The man, identified as 22-year-old Noah Salinas of Shafter, was allegedly inside a 13-year-old’s bedroom closet.

Police said ammunition was found in the suspect’s car. No gun was found on him.

According to police, they learned that the teen had received text messages from another man, who had been identified as 23-year-old Jair Hernandez Garcia of Corcoran.

Salinas and Garcia were arrested and booked into the Kings County Jail.
