FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) — The man who was killed in a single-car crash in Fresno County on Monday has been identified as 72-year-old Michael Williams.

It happened just before 1:30 pm on Auberry Road and Corlew Mountain Road near Prather.
The California Highway Patrol says Williams was traveling northbound on Auberry Road when, for reasons still under investigation, he lost control of his pickup truck.
Williams went off the roadway, hitting large rocks along the shoulder before his vehicle eventually overturned.
Officers say he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, but sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.
Alcohol is suspected to be a factor in the crash.
