The Fresno City College Rising Scholar team will be hosting their 6th Annual Rising Scholar Symposium titled, Education is Key to Transformation on April 17, 2026, in the Old Administration Building’s Auditorium. Keynote speaker Paul Calvo will discuss his journey from incarceration to Standford Graduate. Various breakouts sessions, student panel, and presenters throughout the day.
