At least one person was taken into custody after a pursuit came to a stop when the driver’s vehicle overturned along the 110 Freeway in South Los Angeles Tuesday.
Officers with Gardena police were chasing the black Chevy sedan when they noticed it was reported missing.
After a brief pursuit, the driver crashed the possible stolen car near the Adams Boulevard off-ramp on the northbound 110 Freeway, police said.
NewsChopper4 was overhead when someone was being transported, but it was not immediately clear whether the driver needed medical attention.
The off-ramp was temporarily closed during the investigation.
