This is low-key a great time of year to go to Disneyland…with the exception of President’s Day Weekend…February is kind of a sweet spot for avoiding crowds.

And the Disneyland Resort is celebrating the Year of the Horse with the return of the Lunar New Year celebration at Disney California Adventure, which runs until Feb. 22nd

The celebration honors Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese cultures with live entertainment, character meet and greets and, of course, food.

Here’s a look at what’s on the menu.

· Five-Spice Popcorn Chicken with sweet chili-garlic sauce

· Garlic Noodles: Long noodles tossed in zesty garlic butter with parmesan

· Pho Dip with rice noodles, sliced beef, shaved jalapeños, pickled onions, and pho broth.
