The Michigan Education Association will host an education forum from 10:30 a.m. to noon Feb. 6 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.
Candidates scheduled to attend – Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, former Attorney General Mike Cox, former Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson.
The candidates will share their views on education issues in response to questions submitted by MEA members.
The forum will be moderated by Michigan Public’s Zoe Clark and is open to the public.
