BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Kern Medical has announced a partnership with University of California Los Angeles that focuses on medical education, research and community impact.

The partnership between the hospital and UCLA hopes to bring more healthcare workers to the Central Valley by training physicians in the area.
