The Oakland Mills High School community doesn’t want to wait any longer for improvements to the building.Staff rallied outside the Howard County high school on Thursday to ask the Board of Education to approve renovation funds.In November, the board voted to renovate three smaller schools. Oakland Mills did not make the list.
