Loved ones are searching for a Southern California girl who has been missing for over two months.

T’Neya Tovar, 17, was reported missing on Dec. 1, 2025, in the city of Hemet in Riverside County, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Detectives said she had traveled more than 70 miles to Thermal that day, reportedly to meet an unknown man.

The girl’s mother, Charro Tovar, said the teen would always share her location with friends and family members, but on the day she went missing, all communication had stopped.

Authorities believe T’Neya may still be in or around the Thermal, California area.

She stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 129 pounds. She has brown eyes, brown hair and has a tattoo on her left hand.

“T’Neya, we all love and miss you so much,” her mother said, in hopes she might see this message. “We are thinking about you every day and will not stop searching until you are found safe. I need you to come back home to me.”
