Highway 119 was reopened to all traffic about 9 a.m. after it was halted and then delayed by an overturned propane tanker.
The crash was reported about 1:20 a.m. in Highway 119 at Tupman Road and a fully-loaded propane tanker ended up on it side on the right shoulder.
Heavy fog was reported in the area through the morning hours and traffic was opened only to one-way travel for several hours before the tanker was righted and towed away.
