BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Kern Secret Witness has increased the reward to $10,000 in the 15-year-old unsolved case of Bianca Jackson, an 18-year-old Bakersfield woman who was shot and killed at a party on the campus of California State University, Bakersfield.
In October 2010, Jackson was an innocent victim fleeing the scene when a bullet struck her after fights broke out at the party. Jackson had just graduated from Ridgeview High School and had hopes of designing clothes and singing.

Two suspects were initially arrested in connection with the shooting but were released due to a lack of evidence. The case remains unsolved.
