SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Super Bowl LX kicks off Sunday as the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots take the field at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. 

The matchup is a rematch of Super Bowl XLIX, which the Patriots won 28-24.

This year’s entertainment lineup includes a halftime show headlined by Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny, fresh off an Album of the Year win at the 68th Grammy Awards. 

Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m.

For fans without tickets, several restaurants and bars across the Sacramento area are hosting Super Bowl watch parties.


Tom’s Watch Bar

Location: 414 K St., Suite 180, Sacramento

Tom’s Watch Bar at Downtown Commons is hosting a Super Bowl party featuring a complimentary game-day menu with a choice of an appetizer and an entree. The bar said the event will include prizes, giveaways, and 360-degree viewing with high-definition sound.

Location: 722 K St., Sacramento

Tiger Restaurant and Lounge is hosting a Super Bowl party with multiple big screens, a buffet, and food and drink specials. The bar said it will give away prizes throughout the game.

Guests must be 21 or older. Guaranteed admission is $12.51, and VIP buffet tickets are $33.85.

Location: 2724 J St., Sacramento

Barwest in Midtown Sacramento is hosting a “Super Barwest Party.” The bar said it will feature 23 beers on tap and broadcast the game on 32 televisions.

Festivities run from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. There is no cover charge. VIP tables are available upon request.

Mix, a downtown nightclub, is hosting a Super Bowl party with food and drink specials and a beer pong tournament.

Drake’s: The Barn is hosting a Super Bowl watch party with food and drink specials while the game plays on a large LED screen.

Specials include beer buckets, beer-and-shot combos, specialty cocktails, a “game day trio” with chicken wings, onion rings and french fries, alongside carne asada fries and pizza-and-garlic-stick combos.

Birdie’s Social Club

Location: 805 Riverfront St., West Sacramento

Birdie’s Social Club, a virtual golf venue near Sutter Health Park, is hosting a Super Bowl party featuring all-you-can-eat tacos and appetizers. Taco options include five styles, with unlimited plates available.

The venue said it will offer private viewing rooms with 200-inch TV displays, along with game-day cocktails and beer specials.
