Two men were stabbed Monday during an argument in the Harbor Gateway area of Los Angeles and one of them died.

The stabbing occurred at about 12:20 a.m. Monday at 762 W. 131st St., at Menlo Avenue, according to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman.

The two 60-year-old men argued with a 50-year-old man who stabbed them, he said.

The two victims were taken to a hospital by ambulance where one died, according to the spokesman.

The suspect was in custody, he added.
