Talented teen actors showcase skills at Junior Theater Festival in Sacramento
THEY CALL THE SUPER BOWL OF TEEN THEATER. I WOULD SAY JTF WITH MUSIC. THEATER NATIONAL, TIM MCDONALD AND THE TEAM OF JTF IS THE TOP TIER OF WHAT THEATER? JUNIOR THEATER IS ALL ABOUT. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY FUN. THIS GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE. I THINK A LOT OF PEOPLE DO IT BECAUSE IT’S JUST A IT’S A TIME THAT THEY CAN SPEND WITH THEIR FRIENDS DOING SOMETHING THEY LOVE. IT’S FIRST OF ALL, IT’S LIKE A THEATER. KIDS, DISNEYLAND. WELL, I THINK IT’S A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE KIDS IN A NETWORKING ASPECT, AND THEY GET TO MEET NEW PEOPLE AND THEY MAKE LIFELONG FRIENDS BECAUSE THE COMMUNITY THEATER IS SO SMALL. NOW. THIS IS THE MOST ENCOURAGING, POSITIVE. CENTER OF CREATIVITY AND TALENT. AND ALSO, THE PROFESSIONAL FEEDBACK IS SO HELPFUL IN TERMS OF LIKE LEARNING HOW TO CONNECT TO THE SCENE AND EVERYTHING LIKE THAT. I WILL MOST LIKELY BE COMING BACK. Youth theater took center stage in Sacramento as troupes from across the country performed at the Safe Credit Union Convention Center during the Junior Theater Festival over the weekend.The event, described as the “Super Bowl of teen theater,” allows budding actors to showcase their hard work over three days.
