FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) — A suspect is in custody following a chase and crash with Fresno County deputies.
It started around 2:20 am Tuesday when a driver failed to yield at a stop.
A chase ensued and led deputies onto the freeway, reaching speeds up to 110 miles per hour.
At one point, the driver swerved into the path of a patrol car and soon ended up crashing into a tree around 3:15 am at Barstow Avenue near Veterans Boulevard.
No one was injured, and the driver was arrested.
There is no word if drugs or alcohol were factors in the chase or crash.
