BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Shafter Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding two teenagers, who were last seen at the Chevron gas station on Lerdo Highway.
Police said Ava Valdez Kast and Riley Ritchie, both 13 years old, were last seen on February 9th, at around 4:45 p.m. at the Chevron gas station located at 6000 E. Lerdo Highway in Shafter.
Ava Valdez Kast is described as 5’1” tall, about 130 pounds, with blue eyes, and burgundy shoulder-length hair. She was wearing a black and gray checkered flannel, a t-shirt and dark-colored pants.

Riley Ritchie is described as 5’6” tall, about 140 pounds, with blue eyes, and red/blonde hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt and dark-colored pants.
