FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Westbound Highway 168 and Highway 180 at Cedar Avenue were backed up as negotiators attempted to stop a man threatening to jump from the overpass.
Fresno police, firefighters, and CHP responded to the scene.
Safety equipment was deployed, and the man eventually surrendered.
