A robbery investigation involving a juvenile victim has led to multiple arrests following a series of search warrants served across Kern County, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say the robbery happened on January 5, near the intersection of Fairfax Road and Shirley Lane.

Investigators learned that two masked male suspects approached a juvenile victim and robbed the victim at gunpoint, taking jewelry.

Authorities say the suspects then fled the area in a vehicle driven by a third suspect, a woman.

As the investigation continued, deputies from the Sheriff’s Office South Area Substations, along with the department’s Gang Suppression Section, served search warrants on February 11 at multiple locations connected to the case.

Those locations included the 1200 block of Royal Street in Arvin, the 7500 block of Brett Avenue in Lamont, and the 3100 block of Coventry Drive in Bakersfield.

As a result of those searches, deputies arrested Exaltacio Natividad Navarro, 20, of Bakersfield, and Allison Michel Lozano, 19, of Arvin. A 17-year-old juvenile from Arvin was also taken into custody following the investigation.

According to KCSO, Navarro and Lozano were booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility, while the juvenile was booked into Juvenile Hall. All three face multiple charges, including assault with a firearm, robbery, willful cruelty to a child, conspiracy, and a firearm enhancement.
