FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A man has been arrested after assaulting his roommate with a knife during a fight in Central Fresno.
Fresno police say that they received a call about a fight just after noon on Thursday near Ashlan and Marks avenues.
When they arrived, they discovered that while the two roommates were fighting, the 18-year-old suspect pulled out a knife and swung at the victim.
The victim, a man in his early 20s, had cuts to his neck and forehead. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect was found near the location of the fight and was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
He has been booked at the Fresno County Jail.
