Kaiser Permanente has announced the appointment of Mike Bowers as president of its Northern California Region.
Bowers, who has been interim leader for the past year, will serve as president of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals of Northern California, according to the Feb. 9 announcement.
