A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of a shooting that injured five people in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond neighborhood in November, police announced Thursday.
The shooting was reported shortly before 9 p.m. on Nov. 8 in the area of Great Highway and Fulton Street. A man suffered life-threatening injuries in the shooting while four juveniles had less serious wounds, but all five were taken to a hospital for treatment, according to San Francisco police.

Investigators eventually identified the 17-year-old as the suspected shooter and arrested him Sunday in the area of Third Street and Galvez Avenue in the city’s Bayview District. His name is not being released because he is a juvenile.
The teen was booked into the Juvenile Justice Center on suspicion of assault with a firearm, being a minor in possession of a firearm, other firearm offenses, and being in possession of stolen property, police said.
