Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has revealed a hotel in California was posing as a fake nursing office and raking in the cash.
The Health and Human Services secretary told Theo Von on the comedian’s podcast every room in the building was just a PO box and no care was given on site.
It comes after the California Post previously exposed a raft of fraud across the Golden State, with 14 businesses hiding behind one address in San Diego that got over $2 million in PPP and EIDL loans.

Kennedy tore into the Biden administration during the chat, alleging the former president had enabled the fraud to take place at the hotel.
He told Von on Thursday: “We found a hotel that had literally every room in it was the headquarters or a nursing group.”
He added: “It was in California. And so they’re all just PO boxes. They’re not actually doing any nursing care. They’re just collecting money.”
Kennedy did not reveal which hotel he was referring to and The Post has reached out to his team for further comment.
Accusations of widespread fraud in California have been perpetuated in recent months, mostly behind Donald Trump’s calls for an investigation of the Golden State.
The Small Business Administration, under Secretary Kelly Loeffler, also said they’ve uncovered $8.6 billion in dodgy COVID-era loans in California.

Loeffler told The Post: “Once again, the Trump SBA is taking decisive action to deliver accountability in a state whose unaccountable welfare policies have created a culture of fraud and abuse at the expense of law-abiding taxpayers and small business owners.”
California Governor Gavin Newsom’s camp has sought to redirect fraud attention to states held by Republicans.
