BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Tattoo parlors continued the tradition marked on Friday the 13th with special deals on flash designs, drawing in crowds eager for ink.
In downtown Bakersfield, long lines formed outside Naked Al’s Tattoos on Friday morning.
Tiffany Choat, co-owner of Naked Al’s Tattoos, said, “Last year, we did 500 tattoos, last Friday the 13th, in one day.”
The shop opened at 10 a.m., offering deals ranging from $20 to $200.

Some customers spoke to Eyewitness News and expressed their excitement about getting a tattoo on the special day.

Naked Al’s will stay open late to accommodate as many customers as possible.
