Firefighters in Southern California scrambled to put out a brush fire that broke out in “difficult-to-access terrain” on Monday, October 21.

Footage released by the Ventura County Fire Department shows a helicopter dropping water at the scene near Thousand Oaks.

Approximately 40 engines and 109 firefighters were deployed to fight the small blaze, that was stopped at 2.3 acres, according to the fire department. Credit: VCFD PIO via Storyful
