Burglary suspects fleeing police crashed into a Metro bus near downtown Los Angeles Friday, injuring at least four people, including a bus passenger.
Officers requested backup just before noon for a burglary in progress near Third Street and Huntley Drive, an LAPD spokesperson said.
Two people from the suspect vehicle were taken to hospitals in serious condition, according to KTLA. KTLA 5
Moments later, the speeding suspects crashed into an MTA bus near the intersection of 6th Street and Bixel Street.
Paramedics transported two people from the suspect vehicle to hospitals in serious condition, Los Angeles Fire Department officials said.

Two others were transported to hospitals in fair condition, fire officials said, including at least one passenger from the bus.
All the suspects were in custody, police said.
