At least one person was shot outside the Fox Hills Westfield Mall in Culver City Friday night, authorities said.
A large police perimeter has been established around the mall located on the 6000 block of Sepulveda Blvd. It is unclear whether the mall has been fully evacuated.
According to the Culver City Police Department, the suspect or suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
Images from NewsChopper 4 show a couple of police cars positioned directly outside the Macy’s, with additional police activity along Sepulveda Boulevard.
The condition of the victim is unknown.
Authorities urge the public to stay away from the area.
