A man was taken to the hospital following a shooting in San Francisco early Saturday morning, the police department said.
The San Francisco Police Department responded to the 1200 block of Polk Street after receiving reports of a shooting at around 1:42 a.m. and found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
His medical condition is not known at the time.
No arrests have been made in the case. The shooting is under investigation. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact SFPD.
