A man was taken to the hospital after an apartment shooting in San Jose Saturday afternoon, police said.
The police department said they responded to an apartment located in the 3900 block of The Woods Drive for a report of a shooting.
According to authorities, a man transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and the suspect left the scene before officers arrived.
Officials said this is an ongoing investigation.
