Police are investigating after a 30-year-old man was shot and killed overnight in Sun Valley.
The shooting was reported around midnight Sunday on the 7500 block of Lauren Canyon Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. There, officers found a man who had been shot. That individual ultimately died at the scene of his wounds.
Another man, a 31-year-old, was hospitalized for what police only described as a medical issue. He’s listed as being in fair condition, LAPD said.
Details on what led up to the shooting remain under investigation. Police did not release the name of the victim.
