La Jolla event helps launch new initiative for support of Alzheimer’s research – San Diego Union-Tribune

The San Diego-based USC Epstein Family Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute recently launched its inaugural Friends of ATRI initiative, including a gathering at Le Coq restaurant in La Jolla featuring key scientists and information about ATRI’s discoveries on prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.

The Friends initiative will provide lectures, workshops, lab tours, documentary screenings and more.
