SAN FRANCISCO, CA — As we head into the new work week, we’ve rounded up the stories you may have missed Saturday through Monday to prepare you for Tuesday.

But before we jump into Northern California’s top stories, residents should expect two more rounds of strong storm systems to drench the San Francisco Bay Area, according to the National Weather Service.

“The active weather from Tuesday will linger Tuesday night into Wednesday as the upper trough follows the front,” NWS San Francisco forecasters wrote Monday. “The storm door remains open as a third system arrives late Wednesday into Thursday. This system will bring a renewed push of rain, high elevation snow, and gusty winds lingering into Friday.”
