The Orion Area Chamber of Commerce announced five newly elected board members to serve on the chamber’s board of directors for three-year terms.
The new board members are: Sharon Bosley, Owner of Bitter Tom’s Distillery, Gwen Daubenmeyer, Broker/Owner of Keller Williams Collaborative, Gary Neumann, General Manager of Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, John Urbanic, Plant Executive Director of General Motors Orion Assembly, and Liz Vogel, Regional Manager for Oakland County of DTE Energy, according to the announcement from Joyce Donaldson, President and CEO of the Orion Area Chamber of Commerce.

They join the current board of directors: Chair of the Board – Theresa Doan of Genisys Credit Union; Past Chair – Angela DelPup of Henry Ford Health. Vice Chair -Steve Wandrie of Steve Wandrie Union Home Mortgage, Treasurer -Janice Zale of Zale Group Wealth Management; Secretary – Tonya Hamilton of North Oakland Community Coalition and Board of Directors; Jimmy Johnson of Graphic Takeover; Kurt Pieper of Verdant Landscape Consulting LLC; Chase McMunn of Orion Township Library.
The Orion Area Chamber of Commerce represents the Lake Orion and Orion Township business community, and is made up of 13 volunteer Board of Directors, three paid staff, and 345 members.
The chamber will host their Annual Meeting & Member Appreciation Breakfast on Friday, Feb. 20, and officially welcome the new board members.
