CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) — A Clovis teenager is back home after spending weeks in the hospital following a car crash in the fog.
18-year-old Kaylyn Burger was critically injured last month when her van slammed into a semi-truck near Minnewawa and Shepherd avenues.
The collision happened during the weeks-long period of dense fog in the Central Valley.
The community rallied and aided Kaylyn in her recovery, and over the weekend, family and friends posted photos of her leaving the hospital in good spirits.
