Rain and strong winds will continue to push across San Diego County Wednesday morning.
Greg Martin with the National Weather Service tells San Diego’s Morning News, some of the stronger pockets of rain are moving through our area quickly.
“The winds from both systems were quite strong and very similar (to the rain we had earlier in the week), the precip from this most recent round has been less however.”
The next round of rain arrived late tonight and into Thursday morning. However, winds are a concern, because they can knock over trees, whose roots are already saturated by the rain.
During Monday’s storm, a large Torrey Pine tree in Pacific beach crashed on top of a home and car.
