Firefighters are rescuing a pair of people who got trapped when scaffolding on a Midtown Sacramento building broke Wednesday morning.
The scene is along 15th Street, near Q Street.
Sacramento Fire crews are responding to the scene and have extended a ladder to rescue the people.
Exactly what led up to the scaffolding breaking is unclear.Â
