Part of the 110 Freeway was closed Wednesday morning in San Pedro due to downed power lines.
Southbound lanes were closed at Pacific Avenue and Channel Street. Details about what caused the lines to fall were not immediately available.
The California Highway Patrol received a report around 9:10 a.m. of low-hanging wires on the southbound side of the freeway. The pole fell and traffic was diverted away from the area.
No injuries were reported.
The power lines fell after a night of rain and strong winds in Southern California. More rain is in the Thursday forecast.
