Bakersfield police investigating shooting outside of Golden Valley High School

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating a shooting in front of Golden Valley High School Wednesday morning.

Bakersfield police posted on X at around 11:42 a.m. that officers were at the high school, located in the 800 block of Hosking Avenue for a shooting.

Police said no students or faculty were involved.
