We’re in the thick of the clam chowder meets margaritas meets pizza nexus, otherwise known as February.

And while the second month of the year is known for some truly tempting food and drink holidays — all of the aforementioned sips and snacks enjoy spotlight occasions each February — it is a hot and hallowed beverage we look to, longingly, when the weather turns brisk.

Specifically, and oh yes, and most definitely, it is coffee we are talking about. Which, for sure and truly and absolutely, can be both hot and cold and somewhere lusciously in the middle.

On Feb. 21, Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center in Anaheim will honor the legendary libation with a special “Lunar New Year-inspired coffee salon,” a 90-minute celebration happening partnership with Owlverick’s Coffee.

Salon guests will join Owlverick’s coffee experts Lillard Anthony Wong and Amy Tang on this deep and delicious flavor adventure, an enlightening exploration of the intersection of “art, coffee, and culture.”

Ms. Tang’s grandfather began the family coffee tradition in Vietnam, and after the family arrived in Orange County a few decades back, the coffee creativity continued with the debut of Owlverick’s in 2016.

Common Grounds, Exploring Coffee Through Art & Flavor will honor that creativity and connection during the warm-of-heart, warm-of-cup, warm-of-spirit event.

Adding to the complex coffee journeys? Yummy pastries, baked goods that have been chosen to perfectly pair with the different roasts guests will sample.
