Police were following a vehicle in Hawthorne on Wednesday.
Details on what prompted the pursuit were not immediately available, but the driver was described as a suspected shooting suspect.
While trying to evade law enforcement, the driver at times traveled on the wrong side of road, cut off other drivers and cut through a shopping plaza’s parking lot while traveling in Hawthorne, Inglewood and Gardena.
