Fire crews rescued two workers in Sacramento, California, after the platform they were standing on tilted, leaving them hanging off the side of an eight-story building on Wednesday, February 18.
Footage released by the Sacramento Fire Department shows firefighters deploying and standing on a ladder, before bringing the individuals back to the ground using a rope.
