The storm is almost over, but prepare to bundle up if you’re heading outdoors in Southern California.
The region has not felt overnight lows like this at all during this winter season, KTLA weather anchor Kaj Goldberg said.
Overnight forecast
Rain, snow and windy conditions aside, chilly temperatures are well below normal Thursday. Downtown Los Angeles saw a daytime high of just 51 degrees.
An area of low pressure is bringing cold air into Southern California for the remainder of the day, along with light rain and snow continuing in the Central Valley and on the Grapevine. Things could get icy there overnight.

Antelope Valley temperatures are expected to be 33 degrees overnight, near freezing. Van Nuys, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale and Eagle Rock are expected to be 37 degrees. Coastal communities will be in the low 40s and downtown Hollywood and Anaheim will be at 39.
The Inland Empire will be anywhere between 35 in Corona and about 37 for San Bernardino.
After an eventful week full of flooding and downed trees, the rain event is expected to come to an end in the overnight hours.
Friday forecast
Friday morning, it will be mostly cloudy and quite chilly but dry. Downtown Los Angeles is expected to be 59 degrees. The San Fernando Valley will hit 55, the Inland Empire will be 57 and Orange County will reach 61.

Weekend forecast
Conditions will stay dry through the weekend, and temperatures are expected to begin warming up Sunday. Monday will reportedly see the warmest temperatures in the upcoming days.
