BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Condors hit the ice for a good cause tonight at the Dignity Health Arena.

The team is hosting Fighting Cancer Night to raise money for pediatric cancer patients in Bakersfield.

The game is taking place Friday, February 20, with the puck dropping at 7 p.m.

The team will be wearing special edition purple jerseys to honor those who have been impacted by cancer.

After the game, the condors will be holding a jersey auction with all the proceeds going to children fighting cancer in our community.
