A pedestrian was killed after being struck by two separate vehicles on a major Sacramento County roadway on Sunday, according to the California Highway Patrol.CHP responded to the fatal crash around 8:30 p.m. on Greenback Lane just west of Main Avenue in Orangevale. The pedestrian was crossing the road outside of a crosswalk when they were struck by the first vehicle. Not long after, they were struck by a second vehicle, officials said.Sacramento Metro Fire called the time of death at 8:44 p.m., CHP said.CHP officials tell us both drivers stayed on scene and are fully cooperating.
