The investors behind the Transamerica Pyramid have struck a deal to sell the skyscraper that has defined the San Francisco skyline for more than half a century.

The owners, including developer Michael Shvo’s namesake company and Deutsche Finance America, agreed to sell the iconic skyscraper and the surrounding complex to Cyprus-based investment firm Yoda Plc, according to people familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified discussing private information. The deal hasn’t closed yet, said the people, who declined to disclose the purchase price.
