Hollywood smash burger restaurant Chris N’ Eddy’s will expand with two new locations in Glendale and Van Nuys this year. Friends Chris Karimian and Edgar “Eddy” Poghosyan started the business as a pop-up in 2020, and opened the restaurant’s first permanent location in 2021. Chris N’ Eddy’s slim menu revolves around sliders, with patties sandwiched between melted cheese and Martin’s potato rolls; the restaurant gives the option to add on an array of toppings including lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and pickles, or to substitute the patty for a halal patty. Grilled cheeses and fries are also available.
Chris N’ Eddy’s will open its Glendale outpost in March, followed by Van Nuys in April. The restaurant plans to open a fourth location by the end of 2026, with further expansion on the horizon.
